Product availability

Most items are limited or one-of-one. Inventory is subject to successful checkout. Adding an item to cart does not guarantee reservation.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate photos, measurements, descriptions, condition notes, and known flaws. Minor screen/color differences can occur. Pre-loved, surplus, bale, or clearance items may show disclosed signs of handling or prior use.

Pricing

All prices are in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Sale, compare-at, or SRP displays must be truthful and supportable. Obvious pricing errors may be reviewed before fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

Orders

Orders are subject to inventory availability and successful payment/checkout. Shopify order confirmation is the primary confirmation of a successful order.

Live selling

Comments such as “mine” on Facebook do not automatically reserve an item unless Gemalyn Vesti explicitly announces a separate claim/reservation process for that Live session. For normal website Live selling, first successful Shopify checkout wins.

Payments

Only payment methods actually shown and enabled at Shopify checkout are accepted.

Shipping / pickup

Available shipping and pickup options, charges, and delivery details are shown during checkout where applicable.
